James K Hutton
As the son of a real estate developer James K Hutton, has had a lifetime of experience in many aspects of real estate. He attended Western Washington University were he obtained a BA in Finance. After graduation, he worked as a loan originator for Centrust Bank, bought and sold several properties and then started working for a local developer. In 1991, he obtained his appraisal course work from the Appraisal Institute and started working in the field. In 1999, he started JK Hutton Appraisal.

William Pugel
William Pugel, a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, has been appraising homes in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties for seven years. A native of Seattle, Mr. Pugel graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Geography and Regional Planning. He has over 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction, including work in custom cabinetry and casework, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and home additions in many of the finer homes in the Puget Sound area. As an owner of several properties in the Seattle area, he has experience in land purchasing, development, property management, and rentals. As a real estate appraiser, he has completed appraisals of single-family residences, multi-family residential properties, manufactured homes, proposed new construction, vacant land, and right-of-way easements. He continues his education in Real Estate Appraisal through courses offered by The Appraisal Institute, The Appraisal Foundation, Mykut Real Estate School, and several local colleges.
